I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel, and I must say the experience was unforgettable! The staff were exceptional, always polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special shout-out to Lillie, Christina, Nino, and the entire team for their warm hospitality and dedication. You truly made our stay special! Keep doing what you’re doing, as it’s nothing short of awesome. Thank you for making our time here so memorable! Thanks a ton to Lillie for the helping me out for the valentine surprise for my wife, you are so special❤️😘🥰 Christina we all miss you and see you soon 😘❤️🤗

The room is compact but has everything you need and perfect for those who spend time enjoying what Tbilisi has to offer! It is very modern, super clean, the bathroom is sparkling and has modern equipment (bidet shower, washing machine, towels dryer). There is a small kitchenette with pretty dishes and all that nesessary. The bed sheest are soft and very pleasant. There are several heating/cooling devices in a room including an air purifier! The galleria stairs has anti-slip stickers and the night led step guide. And the staff is super nice and attentive!!! We felt like visiting family. The location is super central

Great location. We were close to everything, all within walking distance of the property. Lili (our main contact) was very helpful before our stay by updating us on the room we booked. Then, 2 nights after we had arrived she gave us a complimentary upgrade to a larger room with a larger bed as my wife had wanted a larger bed. We stayed for 8 nights in total. First, we were in rm 12 (2 nights), then we were upgraded to room 10 (6 nights). This is a small boutique hotel with self catering facilities. Modern renovated studio apartments & rooms in a charming Tbilisi typical old town building. We loved the extra touch with the filtered water available in the common area. Thanks Lili and staff at Paskunji Residence for a great stay.

the location is superb, almost right at the liberty square. The place is very clean and it's also a historical building that is 200 years old, renovated with love. The space is organised with care and attention to details - it has everything that is needed for a longer stay, even washing machine and an iron is available. The bed is super comfortable! Especially I would like to thank the host Lili, who was helping me out with my late check in, provided all necessary information in advance, and then she also gave us tips to find the best local bread and cheese 💛 hospitality is a true Georgian treasure!

We recently stayed in Tbilisi with our family, and it was the best experience we’ve had in any accommodation. Lili and George made us feel right at home with their incredible hospitality. We stayed in the loft apartment, which was not only stylish but also had everything we needed. The full kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, and having a washing machine with detergent was a huge plus, especially with a baby. The location was unbeatable—right on one of the best streets for restaurants and bars, and just a short walk from Freedom Square. It was the perfect spot for exploring the city. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

We had an amazing 3-night stay! The apartment was cozy, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was super convenient, with all the kitchen essentials to easily prepare breakfast and dinner. Everything was spotlessly clean and pleasant. Lili, the owner, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home, along with her lovely staff. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from Liberty Square, so it’s close to everything you might need. we highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Perfect location in the heart of Tbilisi but not super crowded or "touristy". Spacious apartments with high ceiling, good temperature control and quiet AC. Thick curtains block sunlight well. The personnel was remarkably friendly and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants nearby was a big bonus. A gated parking lot in a short walking distance was included in the price. We stayed for 10 days before going on a road trip outside of Tbilisi. We initially planned on staying at a different place after coming back but ended up changing our plans and decided to stay at Paskunji Residence again.

It was a dream place in an old house done with extreme care for details . Bed was very comfortable , could do with better pillows. I was in the balcony and loved the brick wall, the curtains and the bohemian feel of the place. The star of the maison is Lili the owner and the artistic mind behind it, Very caring and loving person, I enjoyed a glass of wine with her

Her dedication to providing a great stay truly sets this place apart. Cristina at reception was equally fantastic—friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist with a smile. The location was fantastic—everything we needed was close by: supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, mall and beautiful city tourists areas. The property itself was quiet, very clean, and felt incredibly safe. The staff were amazing—always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spacious and perfect for a family, we were 5, with all the essentials provided, washing machine, WiFi, refrigerator, microwave. On top of that, the interior design was beautiful and luxurious.
